  • What is the minimum order amount?

There is no limit of minimum order.

  • Is it possible to pay in installments?

If you pay by card, you can pay in 3 equal installments.

  • Is it possible to pay for an order with any debit or credit card?

Payments with Dina, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard and American Express payment cards can be made if the card is approved for online payments by the issuing bank.

  • Is it safe to pay by payment cards?

Payment by payment cards is realized in cooperation with Banca Intesa AD Belgrade and is done on a special page by simply entering data from your payment card.

After you enter the card information and confirm the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus your order is approved in the process of preparation for delivery. The delivery price is defined by City Express which shows during the checkout.

In accordance with the Agreement with Banca Intesa AD Belgrade, information from your payment card is not available to our system at any time.

  • Is it possible to replace the ordered item with another?

How can I become a member of the Ponchico Loyalty Program?

Ponchico Loyalty Program members can be any adult who fills the registration form through website.

They will always be the first to know about new collections or upcoming promotions and additional discounts.

  • What additional benefits do I get as a member of the Ponchico loyalty program?

After completing the purchase, Ponchico will give you 5% of the total purchase amount and you can use this amount for any subsequent purchase.

  In this way, the collected amount in dinars is available after the order is completed and will appear on your profile. If the package is not collected or delivered, the won amount will not be calculated. For more details visit HERE.
