Buying through the Ponchico.com online store is easy. Below you can find all the information on how to order the desired products.

Registration / Login

Purchases through the site can be made as a guest or registered user. The registration process is simple and you can do it quickly in just a few steps. Select the "Registration" option and specify whether you are a legal entity or a natural person, name and surname, email address, phone number and desired password. We suggest that you subscribe to the newsletter, read and accept the terms of use during the registration process. After confirmation, click "Continue" and you will receive registration information at the specified email address. To confirm the registration, you need to send the instructions from the specified email.

If you are an existing user, in order to make a purchase, you need to log in by selecting the "Login" option and entering your email address and password.

Find the desired product

You can find the desired product by searching through the main menu, selecting a brand, product category or color, as well as using the quick search box. When you find the product you want to order, click on the product name to enter a page with a detailed view where you can select the color and size of the product. By clicking on "Buy Now" the product will be added to your cart. If you want more products, repeat the procedure. When you have finished selecting, click on the basket icon, double-check your list and go to the "Complete purchase" option.


Payment can be made by payment card at the time of purchase or by courier upon delivery, paying only in cash.

If you pay by card, you have the option of paying in installments, up to 3 installments.

Payment by payment cards

Goods ordered through the online store can be paid for with Dina, Maestro, Visa and American Express cards if they are approved for online payments by the issuing bank.

Payment with Dina, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard and American Express payment cards is realized in cooperation with Banca Intesa AD Belgrade and is done on a special page by simply entering data from your payment card.

After you enter the card information and confirm the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus your order is approved in the process of preparation for delivery. 

In accordance with the Agreement with Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, payment card processor, data on payment cards that the customer enters when paying is not available to our system.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinars (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site. Thank you for your understanding.


Delivery is free for amounts over 5,000.00 dinars.

Delivery of the order is within two to five working days from the moment of ordering. Delivery is made by the courier service City Express on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:00. For all orders created on Fridays and weekends, you can expect delivery within five days.

Cart Contents

The contents of the basket will be saved if you leave the online store and return. As the stock status of the product is updated once in 24 hours, it may happen that the desired item is no longer available when you select the "Payment" option. At that point, the contents of the basket will be automatically refreshed and you will have information about the availability of the desired items.
