Exceptions to the right to withdraw from the contract.

The Consumer Protection Act excludes the right of the buyer to withdraw from the contract in case of delivery of sealed goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons and which are unsealed after delivery (goods such as socks, underwear, swimwear, costumes, cosmetics and Similarly).

Giving up distance shopping

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, shopping through our online store is considered distance selling. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days from the day when the product was delivered to him, without giving reasons and additional costs, except for costs from Articles 34 and 35 of the Law on Consumer Protection "Official Gazette of RS", no. 62/2014 and 6/2016 - other law). By unilateral termination, the buyer is released from contractual obligations, except for the direct costs of returning the goods. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer is entitled to a refund. The amount of paid goods will be returned to the buyer after the goods are returned to the merchant. The trader has the right to refuse a refund if he determines that the goods are not in good condition due to inadequate or improper handling by the consumer.

When returning the goods, it must be returned in good condition, unused and in the original packaging, which must not be damaged. The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the trader without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day of taking over the goods. The goods will be considered returned within the deadline if the consumer sent the goods before the expiration of the above period of 14 days.

The costs of returning the goods and money are borne exclusively by the buyer, except in cases where the consumer receives a defective or incorrect product from the trader.

The data entered by the consumer in the Form for withdrawal from a distance contract are used exclusively for the purpose of recording changes in the movement of goods and the trader will not use them for other purposes.

Steps when cancelling a purchase (14 days from the date of receipt of the item)

Fill in the form Withdrawal from the distance sales contract, which can be downloaded here. Pack the completed form together with the item you are returning.

The item you are returning must be returned exclusively via the City Express courier service. You can call the mentioned courier service by phone: +381 11 3093 000 on working days from 09:00 to 17:00 and arrange to pick up the shipment.

Note: The item you are returning must be adequately packed and secured by you.

Footwear: The original product box must not be glued with adhesive tape, it must be provided with additional packaging (eg packed in an additional bag, box, ...) so as not to be damaged in transport. Otherwise we are not responsible for your return.

Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether it is correct and undamaged. If it is determined that the goods were returned in good condition, the amount paid by the consumer under the contract will be returned no later than 14 days after receipt of the product. In the event that the product returned to the trader is damaged or in a defective condition, the buyer is solely responsible and the trader will refuse to return the money, and the product will be returned to the buyer at his expense.
